- You can request the transfer of your website at any time after the final 50% payment has been made.
2. Required Hosting
- To transfer your website, you must have an active hosting account with a third-party hosting provider. We recommend sharing the login credentials of your hosting account with us to facilitate a smooth transfer.
3. Domain Transfer
- Option 1 (paid): If your domain was registered by us, we will unlock it and provide you with the necessary authorization code (EPP code) to initiate the domain transfer to your preferred registrar.
- Option 2 (Free): Our domains are registered with Godaddy. Please create a Godaddy account and share the email address of the account. After we initiate the transfer you need to approve the transfer from your end.
4. Domain Transfer
- We will provide all the necessary website files, databases, and associated assets to ensure the website can be fully restored on your new hosting account.
5. Domain Transfer
- Website transfers are typically completed within 3-5 business days after we receive the required information from you.
6. Costs Involved
- While we do not charge any additional fees for the transfer, you will need to cover any fees associated with the new hosting provider or domain transfer fees from the domain registrar.
7. Support After Transfer
- Once the transfer is complete successfully and your website is functioning correctly then we can’t provide any ongoing support like backups, restore, SSL, professional email and virus protection. We won’t be responsible for any types of issues on your website thereafter.
