Voice & video calls from any chat
Call the person you're chatting with — teammate or lead — straight from the conversation. Works in the browser and the mobile app, no extra software.
Open any 1-to-1 conversation in Messages and you’ll see a phone and a video icon in the header. Tap one to call the other person — it rings on their screen wherever they are in the app, they tap Accept, and you’re connected. Calls run right in the browser (and the mobile app); nobody needs to install anything.
It works with leads too
Calling isn’t just for your team. If you’re chatting with a lead who came through a form or your public chat link, you can call them and they can call you back from their chat page — no account required on their side.
What shows in the chat
Every call leaves a line in the conversation — “📹 Call ended · 4:12”, “Missed call”, or “Call declined” — so you always have a record of who you spoke to and when.
Tips
The first time you call, your browser asks permission to use your microphone and camera — say yes (calls can’t connect otherwise). Use the phone icon for voice-only when you don’t need video. Only one call runs per conversation at a time. If the other person doesn’t pick up within about 45 seconds, it’s logged as a missed call.
