Contact detail page

Click any contact row to open the detail page. It’s one scrollable view divided into panels: profile (name, email, phone), lifecycle stage, tags, payment schedule, follow-ups, attached files, and activity history.

How to update fields

1. Click any field with a pencil icon to edit inline.
2. Save with Cmd/Ctrl-Enter or click outside the field.
3. The right-side history panel logs every change with a timestamp.

What if

• The fields look read-only? Your project role probably lacks contacts.edit. Ask an admin.
• Your edits don’t save? Check for an inline error below the field — usually invalid email format or date.
