Workload capacity

Capacity view sums up scheduled hours per person per week (from task estimates) and compares them to each person’s available hours (typically 40, reduced by approved leave). Rows over 100% turn red; under 60% highlight yellow for under-utilisation.

Set per-person weekly capacity in their profile under HR → Profile. Default is 40 unless you’ve changed it.
