Terms of service

By creating an account on itzseo.com ("the Service", "ItzSEO", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and ItzSEO.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ItzSEO. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@itzseo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may invite teammates to your workspace. You're responsible for the actions of anyone you invite, including their compliance with these terms.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period (no pro-rated refunds for the current period).

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice sent to your registered email. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.

Unpaid invoices result in suspension of the paid features after 7 days. Account data is retained for 30 days during suspension, after which it may be deleted.

You agree not to:

• Use ItzSEO to generate or publish illegal content, misleading information, or content that infringes others' intellectual property rights.
• Generate or publish content designed to deceive search engines through tactics that violate Google's spam policies (cloaking, hidden text, doorway pages, automated link schemes).
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, plan caps, or billing.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
• Use the Service to train competing AI models or services.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without explicit written permission.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service except via our official API with valid credentials.

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

You retain ownership of all content you create or import into ItzSEO (articles, briefs, keywords, notes, comments). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you and your invited teammates.

We will not use your content to train AI models, sell it, or share it with third parties beyond the sub-processors listed in our privacy policy.

Content generated by AI (articles, briefs, recommendations) may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or performance of AI-generated content.

You're responsible for ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws (including disclosure requirements in jurisdictions where AI-generated content must be labeled).

ItzSEO integrates with Google Search Console, WordPress, and other third-party services at your request. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We're not responsible for changes, downtime, or errors in third-party services that may affect your use of ItzSEO.

We aim for 99.5% uptime but make no guarantees. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We don't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes from using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ItzSEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold ItzSEO harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

You can delete your account at any time from account settings. We can terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or fail to pay. Upon termination, you lose access to the Service immediately, and we delete your data within 30 days (except billing records, retained for 7 years for tax compliance).

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms remain in effect.
