60-day cookie

If they click your link today and subscribe within 60 days, you get credit. Most SaaS evaluations take 2-3 weeks; 60 days gives plenty of headroom.

We also don't pay commissions on self-referred subscriptions (you can't sign up via your own affiliate link to get your tool 30% off). Standard SaaS rule.

Affiliate questions.

How do I sign up?

Click 'Become an affiliate' above. Fill in the Rewardful form (name, email, your website / platform). We review within 24 hours. Once approved, you get your unique affiliate link + access to the dashboard + the promotional kit.

When do I get paid?

Commissions become payable 30 days after the customer's payment (refund window). Payouts process via Stripe — Stripe handles the actual transfer to your account. Minimum payout threshold is $50 to keep transaction fees reasonable. Most active affiliates hit threshold within their first month.

What if someone clicks my link but signs up later?

60-day cookie. If they subscribe any time within 60 days of clicking your link, you get full credit. After 60 days the cookie expires and the conversion is attributed to whoever they next clicked through.

Can I run paid ads on Google / Meta?

Yes, but no bidding on our brand terms (e.g. 'itzseo', 'itz seo', 'itzseo.com'). Bidding on brand terms means you'd be paying for clicks we'd have gotten organically. Other keywords are fine — 'best SEO tool', 'Surfer alternative', etc.

What's the refund policy on commissions?

If a customer cancels and gets a refund within 30 days, the commission for that payment is reversed. After 30 days, refunds don't claw back commissions — you keep what you earned. This is why we have a 30-day pending period before commissions become payable.

Can I promote ItzSEO alongside competing tools?

Yes. We don't require exclusivity. If you're an affiliate for Surfer or Ahrefs already, you can add ItzSEO to your stack. Honest reviews that compare us to alternatives tend to convert better than single-tool promos anyway.

Is the affiliate dashboard real-time?

Clicks update in real time. Conversions show within a few seconds of the Stripe payment processing. Commission status (pending/payable/paid) updates as the 30-day refund window passes.

What if I have a big audience? Custom terms?

If you're driving 10+ paying customers per month, email hello@itzseo.com with your stats. We can discuss bumped commission tiers, higher cookie windows, or co-marketing setups. We've structured the program so the published 30% terms cover 95% of affiliates honestly — but real volume earns custom love.
