Meet the ItzSEO AI assistant
An in-inbox AI that can read your data and act on your behalf — create tasks, log notes, set reminders, apply for leave — all from a single chat.
Every ItzSEO user gets a pinned ItzSEO AI direct message at the top of their inbox. Open it like any other chat and ask plain-English questions:
- “What projects do I have?”
- “Show me my open tasks for Acme.”
- “What’s my leave balance?”
- “Apply for one day of casual leave tomorrow.”
- “Any pending leave requests in Blogrator?” (if you’re HR)
The AI reads your workspace data directly — projects, tasks, notes, reminders, contacts, leave balances, payslips, the works — and replies in the same chat thread. It can also do things on your behalf: create a task, set a reminder, log a contact note, apply for leave on your account. Riskier actions show an inline Approve / Cancelcard so nothing happens until you tap.
What it can't do (yet)
Today, the AI can’t build websites or generate articles from scratch — those run through the dedicated Web Design and Content Studio surfaces. If you ask it to publish a site or write a 2,000-word post, it’ll be honest and point you there instead.
Privacy
The AI only sees data in the workspace you’re currently signed into. It can’t cross workspaces, can’t see other employees’ payslips, and can’t take HR actions unless you’re actually an HR member of the employer workspace.
