Your monthly attendance calendar

Read your month at a glance, drill into any day, and check your worked hours.

HRMS & AttendanceUpdated Try it now

/me/attendance is your personal month view. Every day you punched in shows the worked-hours total in a corner badge; days with holidays, approved leave, or special events carry a coloured indicator. The page is read-only — actual punches happen on the Projects dashboard.

Opening the calendar

  1. Click HRMS in the sidebar → the hub's "For me" section shows an Attendance card → click it.
  2. Or visit /me/attendance directly (bookmarkable).
  3. From the punch card on the hub or the Projects dashboard, click View my month →.

Reading the calendar

The grid renders one month at a time, with month-name and year at the top and arrow controls to navigate forward and back. All times are displayed in your workspace timezone (the subtitle reads "All times in Asia/Kolkata" or your equivalent), regardless of where you're physically located.

  • Greyed-out dates in the first or last row are from the previous or next month — they're shown for grid alignment only and aren't clickable.
  • Today is highlighted with a coloured border. Today shows an event-count badge in the corner if you've already punched today (e.g. "3" = clock-in + break start + break end).
  • Past days show the total worked time on them, or a coloured dot for holidays / approved leave / other special events.
  • Future days are blank by default but will show a coloured indicator if a holiday lands there or you have approved upcoming leave.

Clicking a day

Click any clickable day to open the day drawer on the right side of the screen. The drawer shows:

  • The day's date in the chosen timezone.
  • A summary line — "Worked 7h 12m · 2 breaks (45m total)" — or "No attendance recorded for this day" if nothing happened.
  • The full EVENTS list — every clock-in, break, and clock-out with its exact timestamp.

Press Esc or click the close icon to dismiss the drawer.

The leave balances panel

On the right side of the calendar page (or below it on narrower screens), the Leave Balances panel shows your remaining leave for the current fiscal year across every leave type your workspace uses. Each type has its short code (SL, CL, EL, etc.), its full name, and the available quota. means the type has no quota cap — typical for Leave Without Pay, College Exam Leave, or Comp-off.

The Manage leave → link at the bottom takes you to /me/leave where you can apply for new leave or check the status of past requests.

The bottom summary

Below the grid you'll see three running totals for the currently-viewed month:

  • Days worked — count of days with at least one Clock In + Clock Out pair.
  • Total worked — sum of net hours across the month (excludes breaks).
  • Total breaks — sum of break time across the month.
