Pipeline stages explained

What each lifecycle stage means and when to move a contact.

  • New — just landed, no contact yet.
  • Contacted — outreach sent, awaiting reply.
  • Qualified — they’re a good fit and interested.
  • Proposal — you’ve sent pricing or scope.
  • Negotiation — back-and-forth on terms.
  • Won — they signed; convert to engagement.
  • Lost — closed without sale; tag with reason.

Stages are fixed in v1 — custom stages aren’t supported yet. Move a contact by dragging its card or using the Lifecycle dropdown on their detail page.
