View your payslips and download PDFs
Where to find your finalized payslips, what the line items mean, and how to read an amended payslip.
Your payslips live at /me/payroll. You can also reach them from the HRMS hub at /hrms — the "For me" section has a Payroll card.
When a payslip appears
Payslips show up here once HR finalizes them — not before. The 1st of every month creates a draft your HR team reviews; the moment they click Finalize, the payslip becomes visible here and you get an email letting you know.
Reading the list
- Period — the month + year the payslip covers. Click the row to open the detail page.
- Number — a unique identifier per workspace, e.g.
BLG/PS/2026-05/001. Keep it handy if you need to reference the payslip with HR or your bank. - Status — "Final" for an unmodified finalize, or "Amended" if HR has revised the numbers since. An "Imported" tag means HR entered the values by hand (historical or one-off corrections — the calc engine didn't generate them).
- Gross / Deductions / Net — the three money totals. Net is what hits your bank account.
The detail view
Click any payslip to open the detail page. It shows:
- Period summary — working days, days present, paid + unpaid leave, holidays, comp-off used, OT hours. These come straight from your attendance / leave / OT records.
- Earnings — each line item (Basic, HRA, allowances, OT pay) with the amount.
- Deductions — PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS, anything else deducted.
- Net pay — gross minus deductions, prominent blue banner.
Download the PDF
Every payslip has a Download PDF button on both the list and the detail view. The PDF is generated on demand — it always reflects the current state of the payslip. The filename uses the payslip number, e.g. payslip-BLG_PS_2026-05_001.pdf.
Amended payslips
If HR amends a payslip after finalizing it (e.g. they spotted a missed OT entry, you submitted a backdated leave correction, or there was a calc error), you'll see:
- A yellow "Amended" badge on the payslip row + detail page.
- A banner at the top of the detail page with HR's reason for the change.
- An email — "Your payslip for {month} was amended" — with the reason and a link back to the payslip.
If something in an amended payslip looks wrong, talk to your HR team — they can amend again, override specific values, or explain the change.
What about drafts?
Drafts are HR-internal. You won't see a payslip on /me/payroll until your HR team has reviewed and finalized it. If you expected one and it isn't there yet, that's typically why.
