Navigating ItzSEO on mobile
Quick tour of the mobile experience — bottom tabs, unread badges, persona-aware navigation, workspace switcher.
On mobile, ItzSEO trades the desktop sidebar for a compact bottom nav with 4 or 5 tabs. The tabs shown depend on your role in the current workspace.
The bottom navigation
Three variants, picked automatically:
- Employee (default) — Home · Punch · Inbox · More.
- HR / Manager / Owner — adds an Approvals tab between Punch and Inbox. Aggregates pending leave + overtime requests waiting on you.
- Client (external contacts with only CLIENT access) — Projects · Requests · Messages · Account. No punch tab, no HR tab.
Unread badges
The Inbox tab shows a small red number when you have unread notifications. The Approvals tab (HR variant only) shows pending leave + OT count for the workspace. Numbers over 99 collapse to “99+”. Tap the tab to clear the count after reviewing.
The “More” tab
Everything that doesn't fit in the four core tabs lives here: payroll, leave history, overtime, scoreboard, your team, settings, workspace switcher, help, sign out. Grouped into sections so the list is scannable.
Workspace switching
The workspace name in the top-left of the screen is a button. Tap it to open the bottom-sheet workspace switcher and jump between workspaces you belong to. Your choice is remembered across visits.
The Punch tile in the bottom nav always points at your employer workspace, regardless of which workspace you're currently viewing. This prevents the “why did my clock-in go into the wrong place?” confusion when you happen to be looking at a client's context.
The employment status pill
If you have an employer workspace, you'll see a small status pill at the top of every page showing whether you're currently clocked in / on break / done for the day, plus today's worked hours. The pill also exposes one-tap Clock In / Out and the 10-minute “Undo clock out” affordance when applicable.
